Competitive Rates
Our rates are fixed at one low monthly fee and cover the full-service model of property management. WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA for services such as bill payment, Electronic Funds Transfer, or coordination of maintenance and repairs unlike many of our competitors.
No Vacancy Fees
We do not charge a monthly vacancy fee for any of our properties. Our management fees are paid from “collected rent” only

We use multiple websites and property signs to advertise your property for rent. Our website provides detailed information, pictures and email alerts for prospective tenants. Our network of websites is provided to you at no additional charge and helps ensure that a larger pool of qualified applicants is reached.
Extended Hours Available
We realize not everyone can fit into a 9-5 schedule and we try to keep our hours flexible to meet those needs. Weekends or after-hours appointments are available at no extra cost to you.
On-call 24 hour Maintenance Emergency
Our maintenance manager is on call 24-hours a day for maintenance emergencies such as a loss of heat or water issues.

Although we do offer real estate sales for our clients, we are primarily focused only on the management of real estate. Since our purpose is defined, we provide a higher quality service with no conflicts of interest or competing pressures.
